Textile Craft Workshops

Textile craft workshops set in a croft in attractive countryside two miles from the village of Dunbeath. Workshops in spinning, weaving, fibre dyeing and knitting. We have a variety of breeds of sheep and use our own wool. We also have angora goats and use traditional methods from hand carding, blending, weaving and dying methods using natural or acid dyes. Hand and machine knitting courses available. Individual tuition or in groups. One or two day courses £25 per day. Discounts for parties over six. Snack lunch tea and coffee included in price. Accommodation also available. Fleeece, fibres and some equipment available for sale.
