Design Services

Earnshaw Design Associates (EDA) will cater to clients individual requirements whether it is a new build property, an extension or alteration to an existing building or if you require general advice on your proposals. We can offer all pre-construction design services from initial sketch proposals to detailed design drawings, from initial discussions with local authority officials to submitting and obtaining all necessary local authority permissions. We will undertake SAP and heat loss (elemental) calculations for your project and provide an Energy Performance Certificate for all new build properties. We can also provide individual SAP calculations from client’s personal designs or designs undertaken by others. If buying or selling a property or land we can also provide Title Deed drawings for this purpose.

Building Surveying Services

Our building surveying services can be provided either in support of other services or as a stand alone basis to property owners and occupiers, those responsible for property and other professional advisers. Various types of surveys and inspections are available including building surveys, stock condition surveys, fabric condition surveys and Schedules of Condition/Dilapidations on behalf of landlords and tenants. Whether dealing with building defects or responding to schedules of compulsory works we would be happy to discuss your specific requirements.
