The holiday home is situated on the Scrabster braes overlooking Scrabster harbour and only 1.5 miles from the town centre of Thurso. This renovated barn has recently been refurbished and comprises:

This perfect location only a couple of miles away from central Thurso and offers a base for a variety of amenities in Thurso including local shops, supermarkets and a selection of pubs and restaurants. There is an indoor swimming pool, steam room and gym, tennis courts, boating pond, parks and squash courts in town and with being only a few hundred yards away from Scrabster Harbour, Beach a Steak Restuarant and a Fish Restuarant.

Close to three golf courses, sandy beaches, Dunnet bay and Dunnet Head cliffs, hill walking and local forest walks, mountain biking and surfing.

Visit the Castle and Gardens of Mey, the Queen Mothers Highland Home, John O Groats, Wick Heritage Centre and Lyth Arts Centre or take a wildlife, sea coast or distillery tour.

A trip to the beautiful Orkney is recommended with ferries leaving from Scrabster harbour or nearby John O Groats and Gills Bay. A visit to Caithness will offer you spectacular seascapes, coastal landmarks and some of the most beautiful beaches in Scotland.
