We are thrilled to welcome Lance Purcell to work alongside our existing chef, Andrew Clarke, and he will be introducing a new menu, with a short version to begin with Friday. Lance has vast experience having worked previously at the Captain's Gallery and The Bistro in Thurso and currently works summer months at the Castle of Mey. Please book early to avoid disappointment.
