At the crazy hog we use our own outdoor reared pigs and sheep . Sourcing all our beef and seafood from a caithness farmer and local seafood merchant .

All dishes are freshly prepared by local chefs Robert Wood and Gary Imlach who are proud and passionate about their local produce, reflecting in every dish we serve focusing on quality and value .
