Confectioner

We have a rare opportunity become available of a confectioner within the heart of our bustling bakehouse. This role entails all of the daily finishing details of our freshly baked pastries, doughnuts, scones etc. an insight into all of our bakes from birthday cakes, occasion cakes, biscuits to seasonal Christmas bakes. Alongside support of bakers in preparation of pastry.

A perfect opportunity for someone with a genuine interest in baking especially with the season of every sweet treat coming up. This position has lots of room to grow within this position and extended training can become available for the

This candidate ideally needs to be an early riser. Have a strong understanding of teamwork to fit with our small intricate dedicated team within our bakehouse.

Training will be provided but a genuine interest in baking is ideal.

Start time alters but earliest start time is 5am
6 days a week. 5 days full time with one half day.
Rate of pay to be discussed.
