Care Assistant - Full time

We’re looking for a warm, reliable, and dedicated Care Assistant to support our residents to live with dignity, comfort, and joy.

The Role
Provide person-centred care, including support with washing, dressing, toileting, mobility, and mealtimes.
Build trusting relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
Observe, record, and report changes in residents’ wellbeing.
Assist with activities that promote social connection, independence, and mental stimulation.

Help maintain a clean, safe, and homely environment.
Work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team and follow care plans and policies.

Work a full-time rota including days, evenings and weekends.

Shifts are 0745 - 1500 or 1445-2200
6 weeks annual leave pro rata
