PORTREE, Dingwall & Highland Marts Ltd, (October 20th) sold 279 rams at its annual show and sale of rams.
The overall show champion and winner of the J. Macpherson Memorial trophy for the best island bred Blackface ram was a tup lamb from Mr V. Bull, No. 31 Lochbay, Waternish.
