DINGWALL, Dingwall & Highland Marts, (February, 25th) sold 1,416 sheep of all classes.
Lambs (716) averaged £77.34 and sold to £128 gross for a pen of Texel crosses from Dell Farm, Farr.
Ewes (483) averaged £65.66 and sold to £120 gross for a pair of Texel crosses from Carnich, Lairg.
In-lamb gimmers & ewes (77) sold to £165 gross for a pen of Cheviots from Coulags, Strathcarron.
Rams and feeding sheep (140) averaged £69.94 and sold to £128 gross for a Texel ram from 50 Back, Isle of Lewis.
