DINGWALL, Dingwall & Highland Marts Ltd., (May, 19th) sold 323 adult head of breeding cattle at their special sale.

Commercial bulling heifers (144) sold to £1,680 gross for a pen of Whitebred Shorthorn crosses from Dell Farm, Farr.

In calf heifers (10) sold to £1,700 gross (twice) for Limousin crosses from Rychraggan Farm, Drumnadrochit.

Heifer with male calf (41) sold to £2,700 gross for British Blue with a Limousin cross calf from The Arr, Lethen.

Heifer with female calf (35) sold to £2,700 gross for a Simmental cross with a Limousin cross calf from Wester Bleaton Farm, Bridge of Cally.

In calf cows (14) sold to £1,750 gross for Shorthorn from Lochlait, Abriachan.

Cow with male calf (37) sold to £2,050 gross for a Charolais cross with a Limousin cross calf from Wester Bleaton Farm.

Cow with female calf (30) sold to £2,300 gross for a Simmental cross with a Limousin cross calf from Wester Bleaton.

Bulls (12) sold to £4,500 for a Limousin from 4 Bualnaluib, Aultbea.
