Bullocks (77) averaged 248.9p and sold to 300.0p per kg for a 215kg Simmental cross from Proncy Farm, Dornoch and £1,150 gross for a pair of 527kg Beef Shorthorn crosses from Todholes, Thurso.
Heifers (76) averaged 251.9p and sold to 284.6p per kg for a pen of 253kg Beef Shorthorn crosses from Todholes, Thurso £1,280 gross for a 605kg Aberdeen Angus from Culrain Mains, Ardgay.
Young bulls (17) sold to 248.3p per kg for a 290kg Limousin cross from Achany Farm, Lairg and sold to £1,160 gross for a 690kg Charolais cross from Altnaharry, Kiltarlity.
