Prime bullocks (6) averaged 234.5p (-8.1p) and sold to 243.0p per kg and £1,575.50 gross.
Prime heifers (12) averaged 241.4p (-3.0p) and sold to 253.0p per kg and £1,621.40 gross.

Prime heifers (12) averaged 241.4p (-3.0p) and sold to 253.0p per kg for a 540kg Limousin cross from Ashley, North Kessock and £1,621.40 gross for a 670kg Charolais cross from Shoreton Farm, Culbokie selling to Messrs John M Munro Ltd, Dingwall.

“A similar number of lambs forward cashed in at slightly less on the week for a show that was lacking flesh. A good number of store types and under finished lambs at weight were forward and hindered the day's average. Anything well finished was keenly bid for. Another good number of ewes were presented today to a larger than usual ringside of buyers. Heavy and best pure continental ewes were a scarce commodity and realized premium prices. A lot of lean ewes were present and also met a firm enquiry.”
