Graduate Support Programme
The main objective of the programme is to give graduates well paid work experience placements in the key sectors across the Highlands and Islands and to provide employers with additional capacity as they recover fromCOVID-19. Wage rates are likely to be between £20,000 and £28,000per annum depending on the project and employer.
The programme has two main aims:
To assist graduates into employment and provide them with much needed experience to advance their careers in the Highlands and Islands.
To support organisations most significantly affected by COVID to recruit new members of staff to drive innovation and COVID recovery.
Placement Information
Placements will be for up to 12 months in duration.
Some remote working may be considered, provided the graduate is based in the Highlands and Islands area.
Placements should be specific graduate level roles.
Candidate Eligibility Criteria
Candidates should have graduated within the last four years. The minimum qualification accepted will be an HNC, but preferably an HND, degree or postgraduate degree. There is no age limit for candidates.
