STORNOWAY, Dingwall & Highland Marts Ltd., (August, 26th) sold 3,938 store sheep of all classes.

Lambs (3675) averaged £51.98 (+ £3.89 on the year) sold to £91.50 per head for a pair of Texel crosses from 2A Back, Lewis.
Ewes (198) sold to £111 per head for a pen of cheviots from 1 Gress, back.
Gimmers (47) sold to £100 per head for a pair of cheviots from 8B, Shader, Point.
Feeding Sheep (18) sold to £98 per head for a Texel Crosses from 30 Gravir, South lochs.
