Prime Bullocks (1) averaged 253.0p per kg (+1.7p) and sold to 253.0p per kg and £1,581.25 gross for a 625kg Limousin cross
from Bridgend Farm, Dingwall.
Prime Heifers (19) averaged 254.7p per kg (+2.5p) and sold to 284.0p per kg for a 565kg Limousin cross from Udale,
Poyntzfield and £1,676.40 gross for a 635kg Limousin cross also from Udale, Poyntzfield.

Ducanston.
SQQ 25.5kg to 45.5kg (287) averaged 231.9p (-3.3p) per kg.
Feeding Sheep (624) sold to £184 gross for a Texel Ewe from Davochfin Farm, Dornoch.

“Lamb trade was comparable on the week for well fleshed sorts. Weight seems to be the commodity that's paying the best at the
moment. There were some leaner store types forward which hindered the day’s average.
A sound ewe trade was witnessed once again despite an influx of hill feeding sheep forward, there was hardly any heavy ewes
today, but those present met a firm enquiry.”
