"There was a severe shortage of lambs forward and unfortunately a good portion of those forward were feeling the effects of the weather and were too lean for many of the buyers. It is essential that lambs have cover on them to attain their optimum price.
Another decent number of ewes forward would cash in slightly sharper on the week. More are required on a weekly basis to satisfy our buyer's demands".
