Old Season Lambs (716) averaged 317.1p per kg and sold to 353.0p per kg for a pen of 40kg Beltex Crosses from Greenlands, Tain and £165 gross for a 60kg Rouge also from Greenlands, Tain.
Feeding Sheep (524) sold to £280 gross for a Texel Cross Ewe from The Brae, Elgin.

"Export hoggs continue to be easily sold and would be a shade sharper. Heavies continue to meet resistance, cashing in at comparable rates on the week.
Another brisk ewe trade was received with power in extremely short supply and short of buyers requirements."
