DINGWALL, Dingwall & Highland Marts, (January, 16th) sold 3,531 sheep of all classes.
Lambs (1,785) averaged £38.82 and sold to £63 gross for Texels from Ravensview, Achterneed.
Ewes (1,312) averaged £39.59 and sold to £91 gross for Beltex crosses from Inshes Farm, Inverness.
Feeding sheep (34) averaged £32.15 and sold to £52 gross for Cheviot wedder from 15 Glenconon, Uig.
Rams (366) averaged £49.47 and sold to £140 gross for a Cheviot from Amat, Ardgay.
