Lambs (2,238) sold to £74 per head for Suffolks from Sidinish, Locheport.
Ewes (658) sold to £75 per head for Cheviots from 7 Balemore, Lochmaddy.
Gimmers (67) sold to £96 per head for Mules from 3 Hosta, Tigharry.
Feeding Sheep (42) sold to £64 per head for a Cheviot wedder from 20 Tigharry, Lochmaddy.
“All classes of lambs sold at very satisfactory rates. Trade for ewes although back on the year was in keeping with recent rates.”
