Lambs (1,434) averaged £49.40 and sold to £79 gross for a Beltex cross from Aberchalder Estate, Gorthleck.
Ewes (813) sold to £78 gross for Texel crosses from Blackhillock, Knockando.
Rams (26) sold to £85 gross for a Cheviot from Cantraywood, Croy.
Feeding sheep (65) sold to £65 gross for Blackfaces wedders from Ardindrean, Lochbroom.
“All classes of lambs continued to sell well while ewes proved more difficult to cash.”
