DINGWALL, Dingwall & Highland Marts, (April, 10th) sold 1276 sheep of all classes.
Lambs (689) averaged £60.48 and sold to £109 gross for a pair of Beltex crosses from Caberfeidh, Upperton.
Prime and feeding ewes (386) averaged £60.73 and sold to £100 gross for Texel crosses from Kinnahaird, Contin.
In-lamb ewes (98) sold to £70 for Cheviots from Inkstack Farm, Barrack.
Ewes with lambs at foot (29) sold to £140 for Mules with twin Texel cross lambs.
Rams and feeding sheep (74) averaged £62.26 and sold to £100 gross for a Texel ram from Kinchyle, Scaniport.
