DINGWALL, Dingwall & Highland Marts, (January, 14th) sold 1,997 sheep of all classes.
Lambs (988) averaged £61.96 and sold to £82 gross for Suffolk cross ewe lambs from Bogallan, North Kessock.
Ewes (645) averaged £77.45 and sold to £165 gross for Texels from Wester Raddery, Fortrose.
Feeding sheep (66) averaged £47.83 and sold to £92 gross for Cheviots from Achvaneran, Farr.
Rams (255) averaged £90.37 and sold to £130 gross for a Texel from Leanach Farm, Culloden.
