Bullocks (539) averaged 236.4p, (238.8p last year) and sold to 296.4p per kg for a pen of 280kg Limousin crosses from Garthbeg Farms, Gorthleck, and £1,460 gross for 672kg Charolais crosses from Hilton Farm, Tain.
Heifers (287) averaged 223.6p, (224.9p last year) and sold to 296.2p per kg for a 260kg from Dell Farm, Farr, and £1,360 gross for a 580kg Charolais cross from Forsie, Westfield.
Young bulls (17) averaged 211p and sold to 241.3p per kg for a 315kg Simmental cross from Belladrum Mills, Kiltarlity, and £760 gross for twice for a 355kg Aberdeen Angus cross from Upper Delliefure, Grantown, and a 315kg Simmental cross from Belladrum Mills.
In calf heifers (8) sold to £1,520 gross twice for Limousin crosses from Corslet, Rosemarkie.
In calf cows (30) sold to £2,200 gross, for a Simmental cross from Culdoich, Culloden.
