DINGWALL, Dingwall & Highland Marts, (January, 28th) sold 2955 sheep of all classes.

Lambs (2280) averaged £57.88 and sold to £88.50 gross for Texel crosses from Teanluick, Beauly.
Ewes (558) averaged £54.66 and sold to £124 gross for Texels from Teanluick.
Rams (106) averaged £69.32 and sold to £100 for a Texel from 15 Liniclate, Benbecula.
Feeding sheep (11) sold to £74 gross for a Blackface from Moy & Ruthven Farms, Tomatin.

"A good show of store lambs again met a strong demand with small long keep kinds easier. Prime ewes & rams sold well."
