DINGWALL, Dingwall & Highland Marts, (April, 9th) sold 860 sheep of all classes.
Lambs (493) averaged £57.31 and sold to £98 gross for Suffolk crosses from Shewglie, Glenurquhart.
Ewes (308) averaged £100.88 and sold to £148 gross twice for Texel crosses and Suffolk crosses from Torgorm, Conon Bridge.
Rams and feeding sheep (59) sold to £155 gross for a Suffolk from Torgorm.
"All classes of store hoggs met a firm demand with prime and feeding ewes the dearest of the season."
