DINGWALL, Dingwall & Highland Marts, (April, 23rd) sold 383 sheep of all classes.
Lambs (185) sold to £77 gross for Crosses from Shewglie, Glenurquhart.
Ewes (160) sold to £134 gross for Texels from The Cloy, Fortrose.
Ewes with lambs at foot (26) sold to £145 gross for Cross ewes from Steall, Fort William.
Rams and feeding sheep (12) sold to £120 gross twice for Texels from Shewglie and Achtuie, Drumnadrochit.

Other leading prices per head:
Lambs: Mule - Barnyards, Beauly, £76; Cross – Invereen, Tomatin, £75, Clynelish, Brora, £63, Shewglie, £58; SuffX – Shewglie, £63; Chev – Wester Fearn, Ardgay, £59, Upper Bogrow, Tain, £58; BF – Shewglie, £58.

Ewes: Tex – Bogallan, North Kessock, £128, Barnyards, £123; Suff – Lochdhu, Nairn, £122; TexX – Lochdhu, £116, Torgorm, Conon Bridge, £98; Mule – Lochdhu, £102, Wester Moy, Urray, £92; LleynX – Corrimony, Glenurquhart, £92; SuffX – Torgorm, £92.
