DINGWALL, Dingwall & Highland Marts Ltd., (September, 13th) sold 3,335
lambs at their specially licenced sale of animals lairaged on site
before restrictions were imposed.
Store lambs (2,509) averaged £26.17 and sold to £39.80 for Texel crosses
from No. 21 Baligill, Strathy.
Ewe lambs (826) averaged £22.70 and sold to £38.50 for Cheviots from
No.246 Torrisdale, By Thurso.
