He explained, "Stewart's shortbread is an important part of the Mey Selections Christmas offer which, together with our specially prepared Christmas Gift Boxes, is delivering the taste of the North Highlands to a wider audience."
Amongst his other responsibilities, it will be Michael's job, working with Tracy, to ensure that; the honey from Struan Apiaries in Conon Bridge, Barrogill whisky marmalade together with a selection of other preserves and chutneys from Gillies Fine Foods in Dingwall and the oatcakes and biscuits from Thurso-based bakers, Reids, are despatched to the supermarket's central depots in England in time for the festive season.
