Job Overview
JGC are offering an exciting opportunity for a Modern Apprentice to join our Administration team. As a Modern Apprentice you will work towards a SCQF Level 5 or SCQF Level 6 depending on experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities
Provide general administrative support across the organization
Manage emails, correspondence, and filing systems
Assist with document control and maintaining accurate records
Support meetings (scheduling, agendas, and minute-taking)
Update systems and databases (e.g. SharePoint or internal systems)
Handle enquiries professionally (phone and email)
Support wider team activities and projects
Candidate Requirements

Good Communication skills
Basic IT Skills (e.g. Microsoft Office)
Willingness to learn and develop
Organised and reliable approach
Ability to work as part of a team

Working Hours
Mon – Thu 0700 – 1715 (39 hour week)
