Sales Ambassador

Do you love great wine and whisky? Do you enjoy talking to people and sharing your enthusiasm? Bin Ends, Caithness's favourite independent wine and whisky retailer, is looking for a Retail Brand Ambassador to join our friendly team.

The Role
You'll be the welcoming face of Bin Ends — helping customers find the perfect bottle, keeping the shop looking its best, and making every visit a great experience. Working in our Wick store, you'll be part of a small, close-knit team that takes real pride in what we do.

What You'll Be Doing
• Welcoming and assisting customers with warmth and genuine enthusiasm
• Sharing your knowledge and passion for wine, whisky and drinks
• Maintaining excellent shop presentation and product displays
• Supporting the team with day-to-day retail operations
• Helping to make Bin Ends the go-to destination for drinks in Caithness

What We're Looking For
• A people person with a natural flair for customer service
• Some retail experience is preferred — but the right attitude matters most
• An interest in wine, whisky or drinks — knowledge can absolutely be developed
• Someone reliable and flexible
• Applicants must be over 18 as alcohol is sold
