Dounreay Looking For A Building and Ground To Rent

We require a building and adjoining external compound to provide accredited plant based training to our clients. It is a requirement that this training is conducted off the job and in an area free from distractions.
Internal Area:
This area will be used for various training requirements including counterbalance fork-lift handling training, pallet truck handling training, use of harnesses training and training involving scaffolding.
Size of Building Required - The building (for inside training) is required to be approximately 225m2, ideally of a square or rectangular shape. The height of the building needs to be 5m or over.
Training Room - A small room, with electrical sockets, heating and ventilation (windows) is required, capable of holding 5 - 6 candidates around a table. Storage for testing material, Dvds etc would be
advantageous.
External area:
This area will be used for various training requirements including rough terrain telehandler training, tractor / trailer handling training and mobile crane handling training.
Size of Area Required - The outside area is required to be approximately 900m2, ideally of a square or rectangular shape. The area must be free of contamination, overhead and underground obstructions.
